Teacher Induction

Induction needs to occur at a number of levels for new staff. Some are new to teaching and some are new to Christian education (some both). Why not supplement your existing induction program with the following options:

Teachers New to Christian Education
This is a one day face-to-face interactive course covering the fundamentals of what the adventure of Christian education is all about. It includes mentoring by an experienced practitioner.

Certificate of Christian Education (online version)
A course that explores the fundamentals of Christian education. Why not have your new staff complete this sometime in the first year of their appointment. This in not to replace your school induction training but is an excellent support program. Teachers and parents who have taken this course speak highly of it.
