The Graduate Diploma of Education is a multi-track program:

- as a withdrawal option for trained teachers who are enrolled in an MEd but who elect not to complete the full requirements for that award
- as a withdrawal option for those who are enrolled in an MEd (Leadership) but who elect not to complete the full requirements for that award
Enrolment Prerequisites
At least a three year undergraduate qualification depending on the enrolment track.
Study Commitment

ED501 Worldviews in Education
Two elective units
Two Elective Units are chosen from the units available within the Coursework Stream of the MEd program which are listed below. The electives are divided into six strands. When choosing electives, students should be mindful that units within a strand complement and build on one another so it is preferable to complete as many units from one strand as possible.

Visionary leadership of schools also includes interpersonal and problem solving skills that are necessary in decision making processes.
